TRINITY AND LEADERSHIP · 3–4 SEPT 2026 · SYDNEY OR ONLINE
Lead like the God we serve.
The most radical leadership idea in the world is the one Christians already worship: God as Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Two days in Sydney — or wholly online — that reshape how you build relational, mission-shaped teams.
WHY TRINITY AND LEADERSHIP
Most leadership training borrows from secular business schools. This starts with the doctrine of God.
What if Christian leadership was shaped not by the latest leadership trends, but by the nature of the Triune God? Rather than borrowing principles from secular business models, Trinity and Leadership begins with the character and relationships of God Himself.
Through biblical teaching, theological reflection and practical application, you’ll discover how Trinitarian theology shapes leadership that is relational, collaborative, empowering, servant-hearted and mission-focused. More than a leadership course — it’s an invitation to lead like the God we worship.

STUDY PATHWAYS
No degree? Five years of leadership is your way in.
If Trinity and Leadership opens something up in you, here’s where it leads. Begin with the Graduate Certificate in Leadership — four subjects, built for working leaders. You don’t need a bachelor degree to start: five years in a managerial or leadership role is its own entry pathway. The GLE is a qualification in its own right and a recognised on-ramp to AC’s flagship Master of Leadership, where Trinity and Leadership (LEA506) counts toward your degree.
Graduate Certificate in Leadership
Four subjects for experienced leaders who want sharper skills and a Christian foundation — without committing to a full Master’s up front.
Master of Leadership
Alphacrucis’ flagship leadership degree. Specialise in pastoral, educational or corporate governance — and carry your GLE credit straight in.

YOUR LECTURER
Prof Stephen Fogarty
Stephen has led Alphacrucis as President since 1999 — the national training college of the Australian Christian Churches. Before that he spent many years in pastoral ministry and pioneered three churches, so the leadership he teaches has been lived, not just lectured.
He holds a PhD in Organisational Leadership, and his research explores transformational and servant leadership and what actually motivates the people who follow. He is the author of Light a Fire: How to Effectively Motivate Volunteers in Your Church, and chairs the Asia Pacific Theological Association and Alphacrucis College New Zealand.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Good questions. Straight answers.
How much does it cost?
Register before 31 July 2026 for early bird pricing: $100 in person at AC Sydney (regular $200) or $50 for the online livestream (regular $100). Meals are provided for in-person attendees. Studying LEA506 for credit involves standard subject tuition on top — contact us and we’ll talk you through it. [CONFIRM TUITION FIGURE WITH ADMISSIONS]
Do I have to enrol in the full Master of Leadership?
No. Single-subject (non-award) study is available, so you can take LEA506 on its own with no degree commitment. If you continue later, the credit counts toward the Master of Leadership.
Can I do it entirely online?
Yes. The intensive is live streamed worldwide, and credit students complete the rest of the subject online through November. You don’t need to live in Sydney — students join from across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific.
Is FEE-HELP available?
Yes — FEE-HELP is available for eligible students studying toward the Master of Leadership.
Does this count toward ACC ordination?
The Master of Leadership satisfies the theological qualification requirements for ordination in the Australian Christian Churches movement. LEA506 is one subject within that degree — a natural first step on the credentialling pathway.
When do enrolments close?
Enrolments for studying LEA506 for credit close Friday 21 August 2026. Masterclass-only bookings are handled through TryBooking, subject to capacity.
What about the Navigating Change masterclass?
Navigating Change is a separate three-day masterclass with Prof Stephen Fogarty (31 Aug – 2 Sept) running immediately before LEA506. Early bird pricing applies before 31 July: $100 in person or $50 online (regular $200 / $100). Many attendees are doing both — book each separately through the links on this page.
Are meals included?
Yes — meals are provided at both events for in-person attendees at no extra charge.
