WHY A CHRISTIAN MBA

Grow your capability without compromising your values.

Churches, businesses, and community organisations need leaders who can manage finances, develop people, govern responsibly, make strategic decisions, and navigate change. Good intentions matter, but lasting impact also requires strong management capability.

The proposed Alphacrucis Master of Business Administration (MBA) brings rigorous business education into a Christian learning environment. It is designed to help you lead with greater competence, integrity, and confidence — strengthening the organisation you serve, progressing your career, and creating better outcomes for people and communities.

WHO IT'S FOR

Built for Christians carrying real leadership responsibility.

Church business managers

For paid or volunteer managers who keep churches operating well — overseeing people, finances, governance, risk, systems, and organisational growth.

Pastors growing as managers

For pastors and ministry leaders who want stronger business, financial, and organisational skills to lead healthy, sustainable churches and ministries.

Christians building business careers

For professionals seeking career progression, broader management capability, and an MBA environment where Christian faith is integrated rather than set aside.

Not-for-profit and NGO leaders

For people improving charities, schools, health services, NGOs, and community organisations through ethical leadership, responsible stewardship, and evidence-based practice.

PROPOSED COURSES

Choose your pathway into the MBA.

Begin with a four-subject graduate certificate, enter through relevant professional experience, receive credit for previous AC Leadership study, or progress directly into the flagship MBA. You can then complete the general MBA or continue into one of two specialist awards.

All structures, admission pathways and credit arrangements remain subject to final Accreditation Board approval.
