Duane oversees the Master of Leadership program at AC. He has previously served AC as campus director of the Queensland campus. He had former careers in military education and software development, before entering pastoral ministry. He has earned postgraduate degrees in leadership and theology, and is currently completing his PhD in leadership studies. His doctoral research explores leadership influence processes in church congregations. Duane's professional memberships include the Academy of Management and the International Leadership Association.
