I am originally from Austin, Texas USA and have been in pastoral ministry for many years.  Currently, my wife, Hortencia, and I pastor the Fairfield Community Church.  The Bible has always been central to my relationship with Jesus and it is a privilege to teach the Scriptures.  Hortencia and I have been married for 40 years and we have been blessed with four children and six grandchildren.

Current Research

I am currently conducting research for my PhD Candidacy at Macquarie University, on the survival of nascent Christianity (33-64 A.D.), specifically on the positive impact of the Romans actions on Christianity's survival.
