About this Opportunity:
International Admissions Coordinator provides a high-level administration support for applications and offers. The position takes responsibility for accurate processing and follow up of applications, data maintenance and development and implementation of improvement to current Admission processes and databases.

Responsibilities:
- Process international applications in a timely and accurate manner and ensure compliance with AC admission requirements, policies, procedures, and GTE requirements.
- Take responsibility for communication and follow up with international applicants and education agents at various stages of the student pipeline.
- Understand challenges, implement procedures, and maintain AC’s compliance in relation to ESOS Act 2000, National Code 2018, CRICOS and SSVF (Simplified Student Visa Framework)
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of policies and procedures related to international students and education agents.
- Perform various other administrative duties as required by the Head of Student Onboarding.
- Participate in the life and community of the College.
- Fulfil other duties as required by management and other department personnel as requested/required.
Required Skills and Proficiencies:
- Completion of a diploma level qualification or higher; or two years relevant work experience.
- Experience in the student and program administration (desirable)
- Demonstrated experience in delivering high quality customer service and processing high volumes of data in a timely and accurate manner.
- Demonstrated experience in communicating, both verbally and in writing, in a succinct, professional, and responsive manner to deliver client centric results.
- Knowledge of the Higher Education and VET environment.
- Customer service focused: committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels – written, phone and face to face.
- Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience, including students, agents and other staff.
- Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.
- Commerciality: ability to apply knowledge in a practical, commercial manner.
- Teamwork: willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members.
- Time management/organisation: accomplish objectives effectively within time frame given and carry out administrative duties within portfolio in an efficient and timely manner.
