About this Opportunity:
The opportunity is for a detail-orientated, personable, and proactive HR Administrator to support their 250-person workforce across Australia. This role will manage and oversee the payroll and HR activities., working closely with the VPO to support the operational workforce.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees.
- Managing day-to-day HR activities, ensuring strict adherence to established processes.
- Act as the primary interface between our organization and the external payroll outsourcing provider.
- Maintain a strong working relationship with the outsourcing partner to facilitate smooth and accurate payroll processing.
- Communicate payroll instructions, updates, and data securely and in a timely manner.
- Drafting employment agreements and letters that meet legal requirements while ensuring clarity in communication.
- Demonstrating expertise in interpreting employment legislation and providing valuable guidance to employees and management.
- Act as the main liaison between stakeholders, including college, managers, and external partners.
- Assist in position classification, reclassification, and related documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with the global partner for issue resolution and process improvement.
- Manage and approve payroll expenses for overseas employees.
- Offering comprehensive Payroll and HR support.
- Collaborating effectively with various departments to streamline Payroll and HR processes and maintain accurate records.
- Assist on other ad hoc projects and tasks related to Payroll and HR as required.
Required Skills and Proficiencies:
- Minimum of 3 years of similar work experience in Australia is necessary
- Demonstrated expertise in payroll management is desirable
- Exceptional communication skills as you will be liaising with colleagues, vendors, and employees
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills;
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise, manage multiple and ability to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail while performing payroll tasks.
- Ability to pick new processing up quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to confidently work in both autonomous & team-based setting.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
- Exercises good judgment, ability to problem solve and provide solutions.
- Able to problem solve and implement effective solutions as per business needs.
- Christian faith alignment to that of the organisation
