Student Experience Officer

About this Opportunity:

The Student Experience officer is responsible for guiding and supporting a student from their first orientation to their graduation. They work proactively and reactively to ensure that the student is able to make the most of their educational experience. Reactively, they ensure that students receive prompt and decisive help when they are in need of advice, support or have a complaint. Proactively they connect students to every opportunity provided by AC and partners that may be helpful and relevant to them. Success is measured by student retention and satisfaction with their ‘out of classroom’ experience of AC.

Responsibilities:

  • Staffing the student support centre, being available for drop-ins, emails, tickets and phone call enquiries.
  • Analysing student interaction data to look for opportunities for better service and products.
  • Developing process improvements for support centre operations
  • Managing short-term projects to improve the student experience at AC.
  • Campaign calling and marketing communications to current students to ensure they can take advantage of new study opportunities at AC and partner events.
  • On boarding new students at the Parramatta campus
  • Maintaining and improving the support systems and processes AC provides to students.
  • Working alongside the Sydney State Director to support and develop campus operations.
