About this Opportunity:

The School Administrator provides administrative support to the Head, School of Pathways Programs and works alongside other Administrators in Faculty Operations to provide administrative support in overseeing projects, facilitating smooth faculty operations, and providing input to improving systems, processes, and policies where relevant.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Head, School of Pathway Programs in overseeing operations and projects
  • Work closely with the Director of Faculty Operations (DFO) in facilitating smooth operations within the School of Pathway Programs
  • Provide input in improving systems, processes, and policies where relevant
  • Exercise administration functions with the School of Pathway Programs as assigned
  • Assist with School of Pathway Programs processes to facilitate effective and efficient operational functions
  • Oversee special projects initiated by the Head, School of Pathway Programs
  • Assist in other duties as may be designated

Required Skills and Proficiencies:

  • Completion of a bachelor’s degree from an Australian university or other recognized Australian or international institution of higher education
  • Excellent administrative skills
