About this Opportunity
This role will support implementation of effective marketing strategies and rollout a wide range of content management and campaigns across digital, CRM, sales, events and social media.
You will need to be organised, be a proactive thinker with an analytical mindset and ideally have 1-2 years digital marketing experience.

Responsibilities
- Basic graphic design and
- Help manage web presence
- Content marketing
- Content management of various AC websites
- Branding and user experience across sites
- Content migration
- Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns
- Supporting Ad and LP content development and optimization
- Contribute to marketing intelligence and market research projects.
- Assist in the maintenance of the health of the database in the CRM system.
- Support marketing campaign and automation efforts (segmentation of database, email/SMS/mail campaigns, automated emails etc)
- Coordinate with members across the marketing team to build brand awareness and generate leads across various disciplines
- Creating video, social and image-based content, engaging with students and future students via social media
- Work with various team members to increase lead engagement and conversion using:
- events (open days and webinars)
- content (socials, blogs, videos)
- communication channels such as emails and SMS
- Contribute to the efficient operation of the team through project management and knowledge retention systems.
- Assist with other activities within the Marketing and Recruitment team
Selection Criteria
- A basic grounding in marketing, with ideally 1-2 years digital marketing experience (graphic design, website management, advertising, socials, CRM).
- High level of technological literacy
- Organised – being able to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks and comfortable adopting a project management system
- Analytical and results driven – with a good business sense
- Someone who is tenacious, dedicated and wants to work in a company with purpose
- Some experience using Content Management/Email Systems, Social Media, Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel
- Basic understanding of CRM systems
- Basic proficiency in HTML/CSS
- Active understanding of the Christian faith and community
