About this Opportunity:

The Partnerships Administrator will assist in the processing, maintenance, and accuracy of student records under the supervision of the Senior Student Progression Officer. They will be involved in the student journey from application to graduation for our partner college, local church college (LCC) and third party students.

Responsibilities:

  • Process applications and credit transfer requests.
  • Process enrolments, withdrawals, and other student-related requests received by third parties, local church colleges, and partner colleges.
  • Support Partner College and LCC liaisons by sharing application and enrolment data for their college Work with Finance to prepare financial payments to Partners and HE LCC’s each semester. Assess and respond to enquiries from faculty, staff members, facilitators and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and configure the student management system (Quercus) by setting up fees, courses, student records and grades for partner college, LCC and third party students.
  • Assist with the processing of graduation, including assessing completions, printing, and organization.
  • Participate in the life and community of the College.
  • Fulfil other duties as required by management and other department personnel as requested/required.

Required Skills and Proficiencies:

  • The completion of a VET or HE degree (desired).
  • Experience in an administrative or customer service role (desired).
  • Demonstrated experience in communicating, both verbally and in writing, in a succinct, professional, and responsive manner.
  • An understanding of the VET and Higher Education sector.
  • Customer service focused: committed to providing exceptional and complete customer service across all channels – written, phone and face to face.
  • Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience.
  • Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.
  • Commerciality: ability to apply knowledge in a practical, commercial manner.
  • Teamwork: willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members.
  • Time management/organisation: accomplish objectives effectively within time frame given and carry out administrative duties within portfolio in an efficient and timely manner.
