Over several decades, Dr Ian Jagelman has become well established as one of the world’s foremost scholars on church leadership and governance. He was Program Director of the Master of Leadership program at Alphacrucis College (AC) for many years and has trained thousands of graduates who now lead in a broad range of industries in Australia and beyond. The Jagelman Institute has nurtured a vibrant culture of research and scholarship in the fields of leadership, organisational management and business studies. During 2017, Professor Paul Oslington coordinated discussions whereby the Jagelman Institute became a Research Centre of AC. At the launch event, AC Vice President Academic, Dr David Perry, credited Dr Jagelman for the global reputation AC has in the discipline of leadership studies.
