  1. Describe and demonstrate various expressions of Christian spirituality, both traditional and contemporary;
  2. Discuss various spiritual disciplines and how these have been, and can be, applicable to the student’s own spiritual formation and practice;
  3. Demonstrate a basic knowledge of the concept of self-awareness in the area of emotional health and spiritual wellbeing;
  4. Describe features of healthy and unhealthy spirituality that can be identified in self and others; and
  5. Demonstrate an understanding of spiritual and emotional intelligence as it pertains of spiritual maturity.
