Our Student Support team is available to provide advice and support with general and specific enquiries, including academic advice for subject selection, how to access learning support services, queries regarding enrolment, grades, and graduation. IT assistance, and career advice. Students can access on-request support services through AC’s learning management system or via phone (1300 228 355) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Pastoral care and support is available to students through access to ordained pastors and chaplains on AC staff. Such support can be accessed via the On-Request support services. Additionally, AC’s chapel services are open to all staff, students, and visitors who wish to access additional pastoral and spiritual support.

In addition to the On-Request support, students have access to learning resources through AC’s learning management system, access to the AC library network with a collection of over 120,000 volumes housed across five AC libraries and over 12,000 electronic resources, as well as student learning spaces on all of AC’s campus libraries. Other learning support services include peer-tutoring, research support for HDR students through AC’s Research Centres, and guidance and support from academic Program Directors and faculty.
