Details for The Book of Revelation

The Book of Revelation (or the Apocalypse as it is often called, from its opening word in Greek) is by common consent one of the most difficult of all the books of the Christian Bible. Nevertheless, attention to its historical context, social and religious milieu, and literary genre will bring considerable light on its form, content, and function.
