Leadership is the critical ingredient to success in every sphere of life. When we can lead ourselves and others, we maximise skills, align teams, and create momentum. This subject introduces the introductory leadership skills necessary for exercising leadership and influence in various contexts and using various theories and approaches. It recognises that organisational leadership begins with vision, is exercised utilising various styles, and entails the mentoring of individuals and groups.
