Rev Dr Johnny Kumar

Director of Undergraduate Studies; Lecturer in Biblical Studies

Biography

Johnny was born in England and studied at the University of London. He worked in engineering for several years before changing his career to Policing and Intelligence. He became a Crime Scene Investigator before moving on to Special Operations as an intelligence officer for New Scotland Yard. Johnny and his wife, Celeste, moved to Australia and both completed a Bachelor of Theology at Alphacrucis College, a Bachelor of Theology (Hons) at Charles Sturt University, and their PhDs at Australian Catholic University. Johnny and Celeste have been teaching at AC for nearly 15 years.
