Spiritual Formation

At AC you will discover an intentional program that assists you in your journey of faith.

Weekly chapel services, Bible studies, ministry treks, missions trips and opportunities to serve, all work together to develop your whole life of devotion to Christ.

Spiritual formation is the growth and development of the whole person by an intentional focus on the following:

  • Spiritual and inner life
  • Interactions with others in ordinary life
  • The spiritual practices (prayer, the study of scripture, fasting, simplicity, solitude, confession and worship.)

Fore more information on how AC can develop your spiritual formation, contact Ps Jeremy Hodson, Director of Student Services.

Our weekly chapel services at AC Central provide opportunities for students to serve in the areas of music, preaching and leading. Brisbane campus does not currently have a weekly chapel service.

Contact our Chapel Director, Ps Daniel Thornton.

AC Missions

At AC we see the unique task of the missionary to take the gospel to all the corners of the world. God calls many Christians to other ministries. But missions is the calling to learn a language, cross a culture, and speak the gospel in order to plant the church of Jesus among a people group with no cultural access to the gospel.

We also acknowledge the significance of social justice and social development programs in our mission passion.

Each year AC Missions will host a conference that aims to assist in the best practice modeling of missions to our AC Community and beyond.

Each Campus has a Student Representative Committee that is voted on by the students to represent them to the various College leadership boards. This is a great opportunity to develop leadership skills while at the college and the committee is chaired by the Student Dean or Campus Director in each location.
