Details for LEA506 Trinity and Leadership

On what should we base our understanding of Christian leadership? This subject explores the important connections between our understanding of the nature and being of the Triune God and Christian leadership theory and practice. Drawing on biblical foundations and contemporary theological reflection, students will examine how the relational nature of the Triune God provides the ultimate framework for understanding and practicing authentic Christian leadership. The subject integrates theological reflection with practical leadership applications, demonstrating how Trinitarian theology shapes authentic Christian leadership in church and other organisational contexts.
