Secure Your Place Before Final Exams

At Alphacrucis University College (AC), we believe your potential isn’t solely defined by an ATAR. Our Early Entry Program offers Year 11 and 12 students the opportunity to secure an offer for their chosen course before completing final high school exams.

Financial Support

Every school leaver is automatically assessed for a scholarship: a 25% tuition discount through the Build a Bridge Partner School Scholarship for partner school graduates or 20% through the NextGen Scholarship for everyone else.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Current Year 12 Students: Students completing Year 12 (or equivalent) in Australia.
  • Course Selection: Most undergraduate courses, including Bachelor degrees and Higher Education Diplomas.
  • Academic Performance: Satisfactory Year 11 and/or Year 12 school reports.
  • Scholarships: Immediate school leavers are automatically assessed for either the Build a Bridge Partner School Scholarship (25%, for graduates of partner schools) or the NextGen Scholarship (20%, for all other school leavers). No separate application is required.

Online Application
Complete the application form with personal details and course preference.

Personal Statement
Submit a brief statement outlining your motivation for the chosen course.

School Reports
Upload Year 11 and/or Year 12 academic reports. Your Year 12 report is also how we verify your school for the Build a Bridge Partner School Scholarship.

Reference
Provide contact details for a teacher or school official who can endorse your application.

Parental Consent
Required for applicants under 18 years of age.

Note: No application fee is required for early entry applications.

Offer Notifications
From 1 September. Applications received earlier are assessed and held, with offers released from 1 September onwards.

Ensure all documents are submitted before the closing date to guarantee timely processing. Under Australian Government policy, early entry offers cannot be released before 1 September each year.

Pathway Courses

Build a Bridge Partner School Scholarship

Students from Build a Bridge partner schools receive a
25% tuition fee reduction
through Alphacrucis's school-university partnership programme.

Eligibility:

  • An immediate school leaver graduating from a Build a Bridge partner school, with no gap years in between.
  • Enrolled in your first course directly with Alphacrucis University College.
  • Maintain satisfactory academic progress throughout the course.

NextGen Scholarship

The NextGen Scholarship supports school leavers from any school by providing
20% tuition fee reduction
for eligible students.

Eligibility:

  • An immediate school leaver starting your first course at AC, with no gap years in between.
  • Graduating from any school that is not a Build a Bridge partner school (partner school graduates receive the 25% scholarship instead).
  • Maintain satisfactory academic progress throughout the course.

No separate application is required; eligibility is assessed during the early entry application process.
