AC Fiji is AC’s presence in the South Pacific that offers transformative programs. It is led by Alphacrucis University College – Australia’s largest Christian higher education provider. In partnership with the Fijian Government’s Higher Education Commission (HEC) and National Employment Centre (NEC), we deliver Australian-standard aged care training designed to open global pathways and serve local communities with compassion and excellence.
What is AC Fiji?
AC Fiji offers the CHC33021 – Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) through an intensive, full-time training model in Suva, Fiji. Students gain practical, culturally responsive training that prepares them for real-world care – in Fiji and abroad.
This program exists to invest in local capacity while creating meaningful opportunities for international service – especially through the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) scheme.


Program Snapshot
- Qualification: CHC33021 – Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)
- Duration: 22 weeks (full-time)
- 16–18 weeks of classroom learning
- 4–6 weeks of practical placement
- Delivery Location: Suva, Fiji
- Eligibility: Applicants via NEC (National Employment Centre)
- Trainers: Australian-qualified and Fijian co-trainers
- Learning Support: Academic mentoring, pastoral care, culturally responsive environment
