With a focus on team coaching practices, this subject is intended for people helpers and practitioners who want to further develop their capacity to mentor, coach, and supervise other people helpers and allied health practitioners. This subject will be helpful to all people helpers and practitioners who want to support others in professional development and growth, as well as those in (or preparing for) a leadership role within a people helping workplace.

  2. Critically analyse contemporary approaches to mentoring, coaching, and supervising based on current research and biblical principles. 
  3. Communicate biblically informed and best practice principles and strategies for mentoring, coaching, and/or supervising in people helping (pastoral and clinical) contexts. 
  4. Design a team or systemic approach to coaching in people helping context. 
  5. Critically reflect on identity and personal practices of professional development.
