Assessment Methods

Throughout the term, the participant must be part of a team within the church, comprising at least four members, and must attend team meetings at least five times during the term of study.

Assessment 1: Understand your ministry team

  • Identify and describe your team and its role within the church.
  • Identify and describe your own role within the team

Assessment 2: Participate in and evaluate your effectiveness within the team

  • Throughout the term, keep a record of your participation, its effectiveness, and communication within the team.
  • At the end of the term, provide a self–evaluation and receive a review from your team leader (or, if you are leading the team, from your direct supervisor) outlining your performance.

Assessment 3: Using resources from your church, create a communication policy document for your team
