  1. Demonstrate a knowledge of the purpose and intent of youth ministry from both a cultural and Biblical standpoint. 
  2. Create a youth program which is attractional yet transformational. 
  3. Demonstrate an understanding of the importance of a safe and protective program. 
  4. Explain how to pastorally facilitate and run a ministry team of volunteers who are equipped for the work.
