Throughout the semester, students will engage in monthly meetings with their dedicated research supervisor, who will provide valuable feedback on draft versions of the research student’s work. Working independently and collaboratively ensures that the final proposal represents a viable research project proposition. By the end of the subject, students should have a well-researched and articulated proposal ready for submission.

2. Formulate a research question and operationalise the question into an appropriate research plan for data collection and analysis using appropriate research methods.
3. Effectively develop and communicate a viable research project to create new knowledge and inform and enhance the selected research field.
