  1. Critically define the key themes and skills of transformational leadership as an evolving conceptual framework. 
  2. Examine adaptive leadership as a framework for effectively engaging others in challenges and problems that have no inherent “quick-fix” answers. 
  3. Assess how family of origin, cognition, and spiritual practices contribute to one’s character development and spiritual health. 
  4. Draft a self-development plan for engaging in transformational leadership.
