  1. Identify and evaluate leadership behaviour within organisations according to major leadership theories and explain factors that influence leadership effectiveness;Discuss and evaluate different perspectives and emphasis on leadership within organisations; 
  2.  Describe current theories of individual and group decisionmaking within organisations and discuss how different leadership styles impact the decision-making process; 
  3. Evaluate the impact of leadership styles on organisational effectiveness and propose improvement strategies based on assessed theories and concepts; 
  4.  Explain and appraise issues of power and responsibility in churches and NFP organisations, incorporating Christian and other perspectives; 
  5. Discuss and explain the role of leadership development in achieving organisational effectiveness.
