About this Opportunity:

The faculty Administrator role works alongside other Administrators in Faculty Operations to provide administrative support to the faculty in overseeing projects, facilitating smooth faculty operations, and providing input to improving systems, processes and policies where relevant. The role works closely with Heads of Schools, faculty, and the DVP Faculty.

  • Participate in and run administrative and operational projects for the Office of Faculty Operations
  • Assist with Faculty processes to facilitate effective and efficient operational functions
  • Exercise administration functions within the Faculty Schools as assigned

Required Skills and Proficiencies:

  • Completion of a Bachelors Degree from an Australian university or other recognised Australian or international institution of higher education preferred;
  • Commitment to the Christian faith that informs one’s professional and personal choices and commitments;
  • Successful experience in academic administration activities and using student management and learning management systems;
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with academics and administrators
  • Ability to manage multiple projects within expected timeframes
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Proven people skills grounded in a genuine respect for others and demonstrated in a range of contexts
