RESEARCH PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Alphacrucis aims to develop well-rounded graduates with the skills and personal attributes needed to transform neighbourhoods and nations for the common good. Although the most important skills are intrinsic to the research degree, the Graduate Research School provides further opportunities to develop your skills and to foster the personal attributes necessary to succeed in a wide range of future careers. Our extensive program of free-of-charge development opportunities will help to build your capacity as a researcher and graduate, while also helping you to form relationships with other candidates and faculty beyond your supervisory team.
All HDR candidates are encouraged to participate in development opportunities throughout the year. Upcoming events will be advertised by email and on the HDR Moodle page. Other recurring opportunities for networking and development include monthly Research Seminars, the Lunchbox Forum, and virtual Sit Down and Write sessions.
