About the Library

The Alphacrucis (AC) University College Library exists to provide staff and students of Alphacrucis (AC) University College with all the information resources they need for their learning, teaching and research pursuits. It has been in operation since the founding of the University College in 1948. A brief history of the library is provided here.

AC uses Ex Libris Alma® library services platform along with the Ex Libris Primo® discovery solution for the management of library resources and research materials. Through the Alma platform and Primo discovery tool, AC offers multilingual search functions, access to hundreds of thousands of online resources, and a single catalogue for searching in all physical and online collections. A physical collection is housed in each campus and opening hours for each branch vary throughout the year.

We welcome library members from alumni and those outside AC. Please submit your completed library membership form to join.

Meet the Team

Director of Library Services, Kerrie Stevens, has been the Librarian at the Melbourne campus for 16+ years and still loves her job! She is dedicated to helping you find what you need, when you need it.

Alison Lau is our Librarian in Sydney and has been with AC for over 15 years. She is passionate about making sure our students and faculty have access to what they need, when they need it. Hannah Chang is our Sydney-based Korean Library Officer and supports our vibrant Korean student body.

Our Adelaide, Brisbane and Perth libraries are managed by the admin staff at the campuses.
