  2. Critique relationships between the various facets of Pentecostal ministry praxis
  3. Demonstrate advanced knowledge of global Pentecostal church dynamics and practices
  4. Analyse the relationship between the spiritual leader and those served by leadership, within and outside cultural and institutional contexts.
  5. Evaluate critically the link between Pentecostal spiritual disciplines and spiritual discernment
  6. Articulate strategies for developing Pentecostal spiritual maturity in the context of self and others
  7. Critically analyse how Pentecostal and Charismatic expressions of social and global engagement can be enhanced by other perspectives and understandings of the broader community.
  8. Critique the various models of spiritual leadership and develop a working model for their own faith community (Pentecostal Ministry)
