1. Evaluate scriptural, historical, and theological foundations informing the nature of the church;
2. Analyse alternative theological and historical models of the church;
3. Assess the contribution of ecumenism to contemporary ecclesiology;
4. Examine the emergence of Pentecostal/Charismatic ecclesiologies;
5. Critically assess the Missional Church in light of the relationship to the structure and mission of the Church.
