  2. Examine the socio-historical background relevant to Jesus;
  3. Evaluate the primary biblical materials and secondary literature about Jesus from a range of perspectives;
  4. Interpret a passage from one of the canonical gospels which addresses the identity of Jesus;
  5. Prepare a presentation which applies a passage of Jesus’ teaching to modern Pentecostalism.
